Returns & Refunds

Returns Process:

If the item doesn't fit or doesn't work out for you, you have the possibility of returning your order within 14 days after the delivery date. 

We do not offer exchanges, therefore all accepted returns will be refunded. 

 

Initiating the Return:

You can return your item(s) with the return label that we will provide you with as soon as you email us.
Once we have received the package, your return will be processed.

A few criteria to keep in mind during the return process:

• Make sure that the returned item is still in perfect condition: no defects, no stains, unwashed and unworn. 
• Make sure that the item(s) is/are packed in a protective cardboard box with tape.

 

Important: Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and may be sent back to you.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match the return policy.
