RETURN POLICY

Thank you for ordering at our online shop! If the item doesn't fit or doesn't work for you, there is possibility to return your order within 14 days after the delivery date. 

The item(s) that you choose to return can be refunded.
Note that shipping fees are costs we incur and therefore not refundable.

You can return your item(s) with the return label that we will provided soon as you email us.
Once we have received the package, your return will be processed. We can not offer you an exchange, so returns will be refunded. 

We offer a free return label to the following countries: 
- Portugal

A few criteria to keep in mind during the return process:
- Make sure that the returned item is still in perfect condition: no defects, no stains, unwashed and unworn. 
- Make sure that the item(s) is/are packed in Son is Son box with tape.

Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and may be sent back to you. 
We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match the return policy. The return and financial responsibility are yours until it reaches Son is Son and is confirmed by a delivery confirmation.
