RETURNS PROCESS (EU):

If the item doesn't fit or doesn't work out for you, you have the possibility of returning your order within 14 days from the delivery date. 

We do offer exchanges.

Important: Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and may be sent back to you.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match the return policy. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS (OUTSIDE EU):

If your country of destination implicates covering any sort of customs charges, no returns will be allowed.

Exceptions can be made for high value orders, but will implicate that all returns charges will be at the customers cost and subtracted from the expected refund amount.

You can return your item(s) with the return label that we will provide you with as soon as you email us.
Once we have received the package, your return will be processed.

A few criteria to keep in mind during the return process:

• Make sure that the returned item is still in perfect condition: no defects, no stains, unwashed and unworn. 
• Make sure that the item(s) is/are packed in a protective cardboard box with tape.

Note: Any customer that benefitted from "free shipping" at checkout will be responsible for any return costs associated with their order.
