What are your customer service hours?
Monday to Friday: 10 am to 4 pm GMT
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order gets shipped you should receive a confirmation email with the respective tracking code.

Can I return my order?
Yes, from the moment your order is delivered, you have 14 days to request a return.
Kindly note that all items must be in the same condition as they were received.
My items arrived damaged, what should I do?
You should reach out to our email info@sonissonofficial.com as soon as possible.
To make sure that you get the best possible assistance please prepare your order number as well as some photos of the damaged products.
